Casper appoints Nick Kirk as Senior FI Underwriter

Casper Specialty UK Limited (“Casper”), the specialist casualty-focused MGA, is today pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Kirk as Senior FI Underwriter.

Nick joins from Munich Re Syndicate where he was Group Head of Financial Lines. Prior to this he spent over 20 years at Canopius as Head of Casualty & FinPro. Nick has served as both Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the IUA Bankers Underwriting Group and is a long-standing member of the FI LMA panel.

Casper launched at the beginning of 2023 and Nick’s appointment will further enhance Casper’s proven lead credentials, as the MGA looks to continue its first year expansion and deliver on its significant long-term growth aspirations. Casper operates as an independent sister entity of Miller, the leading independent specialist re(insurance) broker, with capacity support from Argenta.
